Even new management taking over a previously poorly reviewed business has led to many months of painful struggles to persuade the review sites such as Google and Facebook to remove the previously offending and scathing comments, and it is often impossible to achieve this.

The average member of the public is more inclined to believe a poorly-written review, than the beautiful glossy salespage of the venue.

We have an extremely unique facility to help the businesses to overcome these challenges, so that ONLY your FOUR and FIVE STAR reviews are sent to the various review platforms, and the lesser scores are captured by our system, and they are sent to your business manager to address and deal with and hopefully rectify any issues that have been brought to your attention.

We have a full external Reviews agency, and you will have full dashboard control over the reviews setup and monitoring.

Once you have your accounts set up, we will include the link on the main dashboard for your visitors to start leaving reviews.

  • If you have a CSV file of existing contacts, then you can upload this in order to ask your contacts to leave a review.
  • For the Restaurant business, if you already have an account on these channels, you may connect to the channels directly and invite your diners to leave their reviews on those platforms; Facebook, Google, Tripadvisor, Yelp, YellowPages, OpenTable
  • For Hospitality business, you may wish to also include; Booking.com, Airbnb, Hotels.com, Agoda

 

The Process

You do NOT need to do anything else just yet.

We will set-up your platform login credentials for you.

You will then automatically receive an e-mail with your personal access information.

You will then be responsible for connecting to the various review platforms, and also the landing page design that you wish to share with your customers. This is of course, mobile-friendly, and also looks great on a laptop too.
