iPhones and Android phone have a slightly different layout for finding the feature to "Add to Homescreen"

one of the easiest ways might be to go to your normal internet browser eg. Safari / Google Chrome 

and type in the website at; https://www.eat2.app 

you can then look for the three dots at the top right of your screen, and scroll down to select "Add to Homescreen"

iPhones have a different icon, usually found at the bottom of the screen.
