eLoyalty Card Explained

Information for Business Owners:

  • The user registers once-only, and then logs-in to use their unique eLoyalty Card.

  • You may offer any 'reward' and you may select any number of purchases first required in order for your customers to be able to claim.
    eg. Claim free drink after ten purchases, maybe even free meal after 50 purchases (or perhaps a discount voucher so the customer is still spending money with you, and yet still feels treasured and rewarded for staying loyal to your business)

  • Each customer will have their own unique e-Loyalty Card on their own mobile device, and this will encourage repeat custom and loyalty as they start to build their points.

  • Your staff will have a secret password (chosen by you) to enter in order to verify each purchase.

  • Staff do not need to touch the customer's phone (your staff simply scan the QR image in order to allocate points)
